NICE TO MEET YOU! I’M PAULA
At my current role in customer experience at a startup, I’ve been on a mission to see the world through users’ eyes—figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and how to make products even better.
With a B. Design degree earned cum laude from the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT), I’ve now found my passion in UX/UI design, where creativity meets problem-solving.
I’m excited to take on my next challenge as a product designer, creating digital experiences that are as delightful as they are effective.
Where am I from
Born and raised in Uruguay, I’ve been living in Israel for the past 10 years, with exciting chapters in the U.S. during my Jewish Agency delegation (shlichut) and in Spain during a student exchange at BAU Barcelona as part of my design degree.
These experiences have fueled my love for exploring new cultures and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.

These values guide me daily, helping me develop both as a designer and as a person.
My skills
These are the skills I gained from my design background and from working in Customer Experience in high-tech companies during the past years, and I believe they’ll be valuable in my next role as a Product Designer.
