What I learned from this ride

Working on this project taught me how important it is to take time to fully understand the problem before starting the design.

 

Breaking it down into smaller parts helped me create a clear and focused solution. This experience showed me the value of good planning and looking at the bigger picture before jumping into solutions.

 

If I had more time, I would have expanded the project to go beyond the hiring process and look into other areas in HR.
