THE INITIAL CONCEPT
At first, the app was designed as a course management tool, helping students organize entire courses with lessons, tasks, and deadlines.
THE PIVOT
I realized students didn’t need another course organizer—they already had those in their university portals.
I shifted the focus to a time management approach, without needing to structure full courses.
THE IMPACT
Less overwhelming
Aligned with students’ needs
Simplified experience.
Challenges & solutions
After analyzing the pain points of the user personas, I’ve developed solutions that directly address each challenge.
User flow
In the main flow, the user creates a new study plan by entering task details, which the app then breaks down into manageable steps.
The user confirms and syncs the plan to their calendar, and finally, begins the study session based on the scheduled tasks.
